London Drainage Facilities (LDF) write to keep all their customers aware of a planned price increase across some of their Standard Emergency and Pre-planned Drainage and Plumbing services – The increase is set to be phased in from August 1st 2016.

The company hasn’t implemented a price change in 9 years, but with substantial growth sustained over the last few years so too has the company’s running costs and to remain a market leader the business states it must continue to invest in new technology, training and staff.

Danny Fuller, Managing Director of LDF said: “Our customers can be rest assured, the increases are only marginal and have very little impact. We’ve made sure we still remain one of the most competitively priced drainage contractors around. Our intention is to simplify our charges, implement a small increase then start to re-invest in our company to improve on what we’ve already built. We are committed to providing our Customers with the very best service – Last year, 86% of our core business was formed by repeat clients. We aim to maintain this level of repeat custom but that’s going to take heavy investment to keep us on track.”

The company would like to notify Customers with any active Drain Maintenance Agreements that these will not be affected by the planned price review; it’s simply an adjustment to reactive callout fees and other various planned services.
