No More Roots In These Drains . . . . . . . . . . . .

During January 09, London Drainage Facilities were called to investigate the cause on a problematic on going drainage problem being experienced by a home owner in Central London.

Cctv footage revealed a mass of roots which had caused a 100% obstruction. Works were carried out to locate a concealed manhole cover, then the cover was excavated and the drainage exposed.

Root removal works were undertaken, and structural lining installed afterwards, to ensure no further root penetration ocurred.

The photo shown were the actual images taken on the day of works, and clearly show the full extent of the roots which were retreived. Drainage has now been left in a clear and operational state, and a 10 year structural guarantee has been issued.
