Meet The Team

 

 

LDF possess a great team, poised and ready to assist you with any and every drainage situation. Our key people in Head Office are listed below.

 

Danny Fuller, Managing Director of LDF set­up the company with his wife Lucie Fuller in 2006.

Danny has worked in drainage since the age of 17, working for only one other national company starting off life as a Junior Assistant, moving to become Lead Engineer, Office manager, through to Company Manager, before finally leaving to start LDF. Danny and Lucie are intimately involved on a daily basis, ensuring they’re reachable to all clients when the need arises. They take full ownership of the business and its needs and love to see the business grow with the aid of a fantastic team around them.

Danny says: “LDF truly is one of the most personal things I’ve ever been involved in and I’m proud to see the growth and success taking shape. The future really is exciting and we’re in for a great year ahead.”

Lucie Fuller
Co-Director
Danny’s partner in crime, Lucie works very closely with Danny across all aspects of the business, in particular looking after our numerous Customer Accounts and is always on hand to deal with any client support as and when required.
Harry Geary
Head Of Business Development
The 1st point of contact for any new customer, if not out of the office conducting site surveys or planning your upcoming drainage project, Harry will be seen on the terraces supporting his beloved West Ham.
Steve Blackmore
Head Of Operations
Often found with his head in his hands, Steve is overseer of all things Ops from project planning to managing our Engineer Teams and dealing with those tricky technical enquires our customers may have – Steve is LDF through and through and been with the company since the beginning!
Steve Holder
Head Of CCTV Surveys & Transport Management
The king of CCTV Surveys, Steve began his career as a Drainage Engineer so knows it all when it comes to investigating your blockage causes and recommending the best course of action to avoid any repeated problems. Oh, and Steve also manages our ever expanding service vehicle fleet so he has his hands full!
Kirsty Lodge
Head Of Customer Services & Scheduling
Kirsty’s attention to detail is what makes her stand out from the crowd! Would like to discuss new works, request an update on a job or have a general enquiry? Kirsty’s your first port of call and will always go the extra mile to help out with your requirements.
Matthew Southgate
Customer Services & Planning
A key member of the Customer Services Team, Matthew joined the company as an Apprentice in his early days but is now enrolled full-time with LDF. Matthew is a jack of all trades – He books jobs, takes phone calls and liaises with suppliers to make sure your job is delivered as expected. He’s also allergic to the kettle, at least that’s what the rest of the team are guessing!
Shannon Elliot
Customer Services & Planning
Last but by no means least, Shannon is another integral colleague who makes up our Customer Services Department. Shannon is actually still undertaking her Apprenticeship as we speak and provides a great deal of support, which comes in all shapes and sizes to Kirsty and the rest of the team as a whole.
Anthony Reynolds
Operations Administration
Where do we begin... LDFs internal Health & Safety guru, Anthony’s returned to the company after a long stint travelling around South-East Asia where he bungee jumped off a cliff edge, studied martial arts and ate plenty of creepy crawlies - Now, I’d like to see those RAMS please!!! Anthony can also provide ad-hoc Ops support.
Peter Dempsey
CCTV Survey Processing
Peter provides excellent support in his main role as a CCTV Survey Processor. However, unexpected things can happen in the drainage industry and Peter is often used by the team to attend site and act as a supervisor on certain jobs to make sure they get done on-time!
Linda Wood
Financial Administration
Linda ‘The Spreadsheet’ Wood will often be your 1st point of reference following completion of works – Being responsible for Invoicing and collecting payment across our spectrum of clients is not an easy task, although Linda says it’s all just a numbers game!!!! Ouch, we couldn’t help that one!
Caroline Smart
Financial Administration
Caroline plays a similar role to Linda, but deals with specific customer accounts to offer an unrivalled service once your drainage works have been completed by us. Linda and Caroline sit next to each other so they’re both easily placed to respond to any Financial Account enquiries you may have.
Liz Robinson
Financial Administration
Liz has watched the company grow from its early days and she is primarily in control of the financial side of things when it comes to our Customer Accounts. Liz ensures that each and every one our customers are always happy with the service provided, which has always been our Number One goal here at LDF!
